WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR DENTISTRY

Our warranty policy for dentistry:

As a renowned dental clinic in the field of dentistry, Rgnetic has been serving patients from over 15 countries for more than 5 years. Rgnetic maintains the highest quality standards by using the best materials, employing highly experienced dentists and operating an in-house laboratory. However, in very rare cases, you may experience minor problems with your dental treatment. Rgnetic is proud to offer a transparent warranty policy to patients with such minor problems. In case of problems, Rgnetic will contribute to the travel costs up to the single value of 180 euros*. Unless a problem arises that could invalidate the treatment guarantee (see list below), Rgnetic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to correct the problem during your visit to our clinic. For minor adjustments, we will make a one-time contribution towards corrective treatment in your home country.

Please do not confuse warranty periods with the life expectancy of your treatment. Your treatments will last longer if they are properly cared for.

Please review the following list of treatments covered by the warranty and their warranty period:

Dental implants: lifetime warranty on the material, 10-year warranty on the treatment.

Most clinics offer a lifetime warranty on dental implants. However, in our experience, most only include the material fracture or breakage warranty that is given by the implant company as standard. We also offer a 10-year treatment warranty. If the dental implant fails within 10 years (global statistics show a failure rate of about 5%), we will replace it once free of charge (provided no problems occur that could void the treatment warranty).

Dental crowns: 5-year warranty

Dental crowns have a 5-year warranty against breakage, chipping, or cement failure. If your crowns require minor repairs, such as a white composite restoration or re-cementation, Rgnetic will make a one-time maximum contribution of 100 euros to help you get the problem fixed in your home country.

If no problem occurs that could invalidate the treatment warranty, Rgnetic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to fix the problem during your visit to our clinic.

Dental bridges: 5-years warranty

Dental bridges come with a 5-year warranty against fracture, chipping, or cement failure. If your bridges require minor repairs, such as a white composite restoration or re-cementation, Rgnetic will make a one-time maximum contribution of 100 euros to have the problem fixed in your home country.

If no problem occurs that could invalidate the treatment guarantee, Rgnetic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to fix the problem during your visit to our clinic.

Dental laminate veneers: 3-years warranty

Dental Laminate Veneers come with a 3-year warranty against breakage, chipping or cement failure. If your veneers require minor repairs, such as a white composite restoration or rebonding, Rgnetic will make a one-time maximum contribution of 100 euros to have the problem fixed in your home country.

If no problem occurs that could invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, Rgnetic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to fix the problem during your visit to our clinic.

Dental fillings: 3-years warranty

Dental fillings come with a 3-year warranty against falling out of your natural tooth. If your dental fillings require minor repairs, Rgnetic will make a one-time contribution of no more than 30 euros to have the problem fixed in your home country.

If there is no problem that could invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, Rgnetic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to fix the problem during your visit to our clinic.

Dental inlays/dental onlays: 3-years warranty

Dental inlays and dental onlays come with a 3-year warranty against fracture, chipping or cement failure. If your dental inlays or dental onlays require minor repairs, such as a white composite restoration or re-cementation, Rgnetic will make a one-time contribution of no more than €100 to have the problem repaired in your home country.

If no problem occurs that could invalidate the guarantee of the treatment, Rgnetic will cover all the necessary dental and laboratory costs to correct the problem during your visit to our clinic.

Dentures: 2-years warranty

Dentures come with a 2-year warranty against breakage. If your dentures require minor repairs, Rgnetic will make a one-time contribution of no more than 100 euros to have the problem fixed in your home country.

If no problem occurs that could invalidate the treatment guarantee, Rgnetic will cover all necessary dental and laboratory costs to fix the problem during your visit to our clinic.

Dental treatment initiated by another dentist or clinic:

If you initiated treatment at another dental clinic and we were asked to complete the procedure, please note that Rgnetic could not oversee the entire treatment process. Therefore, due to possible disputes with other dentists/clinics, Rgnetic cannot provide a guarantee.

The warranty will be reduced or voided under the following circumstances if

• the post-treatment instructions are not followed,
• general oral hygiene is neglected,
• the patient has not had a routine dental check-up and professional teeth cleaning at least once a year (proof of invoice required),
• the dentist’s instructions are not followed,
• removable restorations, such as partial or full dentures, are not properly stored and cared for,
• Gums or bone recede or deteriorate,
• Accidental damage occurs (e.g., traffic accidents, sports or related recreational activities resulting in dental damage),
• a general disease with negative effects on the dental condition occurs (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, conditions after x-ray or chemotherapy),
• smoking is the cause of your dental problems,
• the patient is temporarily or permanently wearing jewelry attached to teeth, tongue or lips,
• excessive grinding is the cause
• a bite guard is present and not being worn as recommended.

Additional Warranty Information:

Since we have the advantage of an in-house dental lab, you can easily choose the color and shape you want for your smile makeover treatments.

Prior to fitting, we will ask for your opinion and permission to fit the restoration (veneers/crowns, etc.). Once you have made the final decision, your restorations will be fitted. Rgnetic cannot be held responsible for patient decision changes after fitting.

Occasionally, teeth suffer preparation trauma during crown and bridge work, necessitating subsequent root canal treatment. Rgnetic will perform the necessary root canal treatments based on the current condition. If another root canal treatment is required within one month of your treatment, Rgnetic will make a one-time maximum contribution of €100 to allow you to have the problem repaired in your home country. After one month after treatment, Rgnetic will not be liable for any problems/additional root canal treatment needs that could not have been foreseen or anticipated at the time of treatment.

Due to the nature of the human body, we cannot guarantee root canal treatment.

*Travel Fee: The travel fee is a one-time fee and applies only to implant, crown and veneer treatments. It will also not be issued to patients who have chosen to have the problem repaired at home and have already received a contribution for the home repair option.
