When you visit our website, server logfiles are created (IP address, date/time, pages viewed, browser, etc.). These are used for security, troubleshooting and statistics, then deleted. No personal profiling is carried out.

If you contact us, open an account or request treatment options, we process your data to:

• respond to your requests

• prepare and coordinate services with clinics and other providers

• organise your treatment journey

Health data is only processed where you provide it voluntarily and where necessary for the requested service.

5. Cooperation with Clinics, Providers & MedCred

We cooperate with clinics, hotels, transfer providers and our financing partner MedCred.

• Contracts for treatment and travel are concluded directly between you and the provider.

• Some information (e.g. treatment date, invoice amount) may be shared between providers and RGNETIC where this is necessary for coordination and internal documentation.

• If you apply for financing, certain data may be shared with MedCred and vice versa, to process your request.

6. Community Features & Newsletter

If you use forums or community areas, posts may be visible to other users – share only what you wish to make public.

You may subscribe to newsletters about RGNETIC and related services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Marketing & Data Sharing

We may use your contact details to inform you about our own similar services. You can object at any time.

Data is only shared with:

• affiliated companies and service providers acting on our behalf

• clinics and other partners where necessary for your requested services

• MedCred where you choose financing

• where required by law

No data is shared with third parties for their own marketing without your consent.

• analyse usage and improve our services

We store your data only as long as:

• necessary to provide our services

Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymised.
